Foaming Cleaner For Dark
Foaming Dark Hat Cleaner cleans most dark coloured fur-felt hats. It will remove most oil and water based stains, such as fingerprints and perspiration stains. Directions: Always check for colourfastness or appearance change in a hidden area before using. Shake can well. Before applying to hat, spray on test paper or cloth for 3-5 seconds until liquid spray is white. Spray can in upright position 8” from surface. Wait until hat is dry to the touch. Brush area using a dark hat brush until hat is cleaned. For heavily soiled hats additional applications may be needed. Follow up with Water & Stain Repellent. Repeat as necessary. In case of clogged nozzle turn can upside down and shake vigorously.

Brush gently with a soft-bristled brush, following the nap. Spot-clean with a barely damp cloth; never soak felt or straw.
Felt breathes more than you would expect, but for high heat we point you to Panama, raffia and straw weaves.
